i could not concur with your unrealistic optimism. the content you have learned in first semester is really fundamental. you will suffer more if you don work hard now.
moreover, we are all from chinese independent school, our english is really sucks. so, on the first day we are here, we are already the lag behind runner.
what i feel is you all did not work hard enough. nobody will ever want to mention your poor result to sadden you, it is your own responsibility to get your desire result. but apparently, none of you are getting it, so there must be some problem lies behind it.
so what should you do???
